ESCAPE at SIGNAL Prague / 2015

ESCAPE at Signal Prague 2015 https://vimeo.com/147297647 ESCAPE – an artwork by László Zsolt Bordos / alias Bordos.ArtWorks on the facade of the St. Ludmilla Church in Prague. Commissioned by the SIGNAL Festival 2015. ”Escape” is a kind of Ars Poetica of the artist, compiling figurative content with abstract visuals, with a heavy tone music of the great Icelandic composer Jóhann Jóhannsson. Beside avoiding cliches, the artwork is aiming to approach 3d mapping content in a different way and to generate feelings trough digital art. Based on estimations, during 4 days of the Filux Festival, approximately 2 million people have seen the projection. (Usually I divide the estimations by two). After the projections a line of people formed next to the technical tent. People wanted to hug me. We just hug, not too much talk happened. That night I hug hundreds of people, they said muchas gracias. I was moved and grateful to experience that Mexican people have big heart! PHOTOS: Photos courtesy of Filux

REVERB / Karlsuhe – DE / 2015

REVERB https://vimeo.com/144342174 REVERB – initially titled: RESONATE – AS PART OF SCHLOSSLICHTSPIELE 2015 I have changed the title after I learned that there is a great art festival in Serbia with the same name and I didn’t want to interfere with it.  It was not a good decision, however reverb, reverberation is expressing resonation. 3D ARTIST: LÁSZLÓ ZSOLT BORDOSMUSIC: AMON TOBIN – courtesy of the Artist and NINJA TUNECURATED BY: PETER WEIBELDATES: August 15 – September 4 & September 12 – 17 2015 / SCHLOSS KARLSRUHEzkm.de
